The Tara Polar Station have recently commissioned several specialist shaped antiglare solar screens for the bridge of ‘newbuild B63′. The North Pole floating laboratory is a 27 metre drifting polar base named (a scientific base designed to conquer the Arctic). This exciting project was designed in collaboration with architect Olivier Petit and is one of the most unusual looking vessels we have seen. The vessel will be able to withstand extremely cold temperatures of between -20° and -52°C. Antiglare blinds for extreme weather conditions
